The apartment faces a wide stretch of urban view, giving off a very amazing view. and because of the high floor, I can view the first snow of Beijing 2023, with the large windows and carpeted window seat and a table to enjoy my hot chocolate, it was very calming and relaxing. The apartment also includes a laundry machine, although it is not equipped with a dryer, there is also a drying rack that you can use under the AC, leave it overnight and your clothes are good to go. The apartment also includes a kitchen, which helps a lot when I want to eat takeouts and heat the food in the microwave. I had a great time overall. And another plus, I arrived around 10 PM, it is very tiring and I would like to rest immediately. The owner is very tactful, so we proceed with payments on the next day and I get to pay with cash. The owner also gladly registered my stay as I am a foreigner in an apartment for locals so that if any officer asked, I wouldn't get in trouble for missing stay accommodation information.

We absolutely loved this stay! Jennie and her partner were very sweet and extremely helpful with everything, super responsive all the time! The cat is AMAZING - wish we could have taken it with us!! They let us use the washing machine too, which was so useful for us as full time travelers. The location is very close to metro and shops too. We definitely recommend this place!

Oakwood Residence Damei Beijing is an elegant serviced residence offering its own, contemporary-style serviced studios and apartments. The apartment was very well maintained and there was so much space! Kitchen was well stocked, water was readily provided and the beds were soooo comfortable! The staff were also very friendly & efficient.
