The manager, who spoke very good English, helped us to solve our reservation. He was very kind. All the staff was very friendly. Whenever we passed each other he always asked us if everything was ok. The hotel is very well located. Ideal for foreigners. Easy access and 15 minutes by car from the train station. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. I will definitely come back. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible especially Quorra who speaks English very well and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this hotel especially as a foreigner!

Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.
