The main entrance, stairwell, and all apartments are kept spotless and are cleaned daily. Anildo is exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis or pickups and offering clear guidance—much appreciated.

You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony. Beautiful building with well decorated and put together rooms! Anyone wondering about how close it is to the beach, it’s practically beach front taking only about 100 steps from property to water. Very nice and quiet. Equidistant to town where food and bars are and beach bars and water in the other direction. Wonderful place to stay to feel real BoaVista experience instead of large inclusive tourist hotels. Owners are extremely easy to communicate with and help manage any exploration you want to do on the Island. Top notch!

The location is ideal, with a stunning beach right over the road that was nice and quiet the whole time we stayed. There is also a shared pool and bar/restaurant which were also perfect. There are also really nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets a couple of minutes up the road which we found really convenient. Lavínia was an amazing host, responding to messages quickly, and even offered to clean the apartment half way through our stay. Thank you for everything :) I would highly reccommend this apartment for anyone staying in Boa Vista!

No I had a wonderful stay at Beach Villa in Praia de Chaves. The Villa itself is beautiful – built with natural stone and wood, it blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. There’s a lovely patio where I could relax at any time of day, surrounded by lush plants and the sound of the ocean in the background. It felt like a little oasis. Frank was an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always available. He made me feel truly at home from the very beginning. The location is unbeatable: right on one of the most stunning beaches of Boa Vista, in a quiet and safe area, just a few minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from Sal Rei. Every morning, I enjoyed a rich and delicious breakfast in the patio. This place is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. Highly recommended!

The owners are the sweetest people who will do their best to make their guests happy. They live in the same building so check in is very easy. They were always there to answer any of my questions. The apartment had all I needed. It was clean and quiet. It's located close to the city centre (5 min walking distance) and just around the corner from Praia de Cabral - a beautiful natural beach.
