Wonderful and well equipped appartements, very helpful and friendly staff, good starting poit for hikes and tours, absolutely quiet, really good meals and wine are served in the restaurant, good and rich breakfast buffet, we can recommend this house for families with kids, because it is located only 500 m from one of the greatest attractions of the Czech Republic - the Treetop Path. A fantastic place for hiking in the Karkonosze Mountains. We spent 7 wonderful days.

Everything was really great, nothing to say ! it was really a plus to be able to park at the accommodation and all went very well. One of the best accommodation experiences! Host: Jana is a wonderful host! Upon arrival, we received lovely welcome treats — gingerbread cookies, lemonade, and wine. Jana was always available and shared plenty of helpful advice on what to see nearby, as well as useful links about ski resorts, castles, and other interesting places. Apartment: Everything was clean and beautifully arranged, and the apartment had everything we needed. The heating is easy to adjust and works perfectly. The bedroom has comfortable, large beds, cozy duvets, and nice pillows. The shower always had hot water; towels, shower gel, and soap were provided. The kitchen is fully equipped — dishes (plates, cups, pots, and a frying pan), a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. A few coffee capsules were provided at check-in, and if you need more, you can buy them in the shared hallway. In the common area, there are many toys and board games — a real paradise for children! Yard: There is private parking for each apartment, and a large free public parking area just behind the fence. Outside, there are plenty of fun activities for kids — a slide, swings, toys, bicycles… There’s also a fire pit and a barbecue area, with firewood provided. Location: Great location — just a 10-minute drive to Pec pod Sněžkou and Janské Lázně. A beautiful hiking trail starts right next to the house, across the bridge. There’s a small grocery store just across the road, and an excellent restaurant about 25 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car). This is one of the few places I would truly love to return to in the future.
