Set back from the road in a quiet, secure space. There is a cute little attached restaurant that serves large, delicious, well priced breakfasts. This place was a great find in the middle of a very interesting little town full of culture. Also for some reason this town is not affected by the power cuts so 24 hours of electricity. I highly recommend.

The hosts were very prompt in communication & the apartment is ideally located in Old Town. Everything is walking distance. It’s in a very secure complex with balconies overlooking an interior courtyard - little glimpses of great vistas of the hill & angel. The apartment was very well equipped. Hot water, wifi &’kitchen were great. Many restaurants in Old Town close by sunset, so preparing meals was a good option. There’s also a washing machine. The hosts were incredible. They met us & gave us a detailed directory to Quito that was very helpful. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There’s a lot of attention to detail - guidebooks are available in Spanish, English & German. Maps &’other resources. The kitchen is complete - pots, pans, full fridge, etc. I can’t imagine a better home base for exploring the city!

The subway station was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway that we could use. I had to leave early for the airport, and the receptionist kindly booked a taxi for me. It cost around 11 USD and was very helpful.

The staff were amazing! They let us leave our bags in storage when we went to the Amazon. Twice we had to wait in Quito for night buses. They let us wait in the hotel after checkout which made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

The hosts are very nice and helpful. Spacious and clean studio. Breakfast was great. The location in the northern part of Quito is convenient to travel to Mitad del Mundo and further to Mindo.

Great communication witht the host and very good instructions how to get in the appartment. Appartment had everything one may need. I would consider staying there again.
