self check in with a code, good wifi, washing machine and dryer in basement (free + free powder), close to city, bus stop and tram stop. staff (contact via whatsapp) was extremely friendly and helpful. there is a lift, but you still have some stairs at the beginning. the equipment in the kitchen is ok. a big plus: free coffee :)
