Beautiful wife , good kid and a considerate father run the place they all take good care of us . They live upstairs we have down stairs the grand floor all to ourselves it is about 80 square meters . Air-conditioner rooms and what surprised me is the washing machine . the owner let us use it to clean our clothes ourselves . We are private people the fact we can do it all ourselves and stay in different rooms on the same floor gave us the feeling like home . You can rely on the owner and trust him and his family . I have to say the first time I talk to the owner on line I thought he was rude as the tone he used is very direct but I found out it is Just the language the min I met him in person. The food they prepared at very reasonable price is delicious too . We feel sorry we cannt finish as they prepare too many but the flavor is great

When we arrived, they told me one the sofa bed was broken by the previous guest, they have to repaired it, we can wait or upgrade us to room in Tuya hotel. So we stayed in Tuya actually. The apartment’s location is good, around 10mins. walk to the temple and 15mins. walk to town center & bus station.

Awi and his family are super nice, hospitable and he is helpful with trips and suggestions. The apartment is very cozy and clean with an awesome view. The house is located directly at the Nile and has a lovely terrace. Infront of the house you have trees and in the gardens there are some sheep’s and few cows living. The neighbors are also very friendly. The guesthouse is close to the ferry. Nearby you find great food and coffee at Nubian dreams and sudanuba. We would have liked to stay so much longer! Osama is very friendly and helpful, you can contact him in advance if you need any extra support from him, like booking tickets or guides. His apartment is clean and tidy, the bedrooms are big. It’s a good choice if you just want to spend one night to fully enjoy Abu Simbel. The apartment is in a quiet place near the downtown area and the temple, easy to buy stuffs in the market or go to local restaurant. Osama also offers a good local breakfast at the time of your request. BTW the market owned by an old couple near the apartment has fair price for water and food.

On a adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement à Assouan. L’hôte a été adorable et très réactive, toujours prête à aider ou à partager de bons conseils. Le logement est spacieux, propre et confortable, parfait pour un séjour en famille. L’emplacement est idéal, tout près du Nil et du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout découvrir facilement à pied ou en bateau. Une adresse chaleureuse et authentique qu’on recommande sans hésiter !

Toilet roll and soap provided, comfortable sitting / eating area. Comfortable beds and clean linen and towels. Quiet with beautiful views, friendly locals, shops selling snacks and drinks freely available. Very short distance from the ferry. Checked in early and checked out late which we were grateful for, host even did our laundry. Highly recommended 100%.
