The apartments are 5 minutes’ walk from the Puente de la Bolas Bridge and 15 minutes’ walk from the San Jose and San Gabriel Castles. You can drive to the ferry terminal in 5 minutes. I can't add anything new to all the positive comments this place gets. Arrecife is a real town not just a resort, and for me that was a positive. Its location "half way" along the coast meant that all points of interest were within a 30 min drive on easy roads. The apartment was lovely to come home to after a day of exploring. And the cleaners are exemplary!

Spread over 2 floors, all apartments have a balcony with garden views. There is a living room with a sofa bed, safe and TV. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer, and the kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave. We went for a mini break and knew the location very well so it was ideal for us. It exceed my expectation- Rosmar was lovely , very modern & clean, poolside was lovely and Nicola in the cafe was fabulous, even told us about some lovely restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and we will return.

We lioved the apartment.i It smells beautifuly, it has very comfortable beds, new kitchen and bathroom, air condition and the landlord is a lovely man. Definitely recommending! What I liked the most was the accuracy in the small details. The owners left a water bottle, some snacks, coffee and teas, earplugs for us. These are the things that make the difference to me! Everything was neat and clean, the wide terrace overlooking the volcano was excellent!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. It was easy there were coded lock boxes at the front so you got your key there. And store it there if you went out. Ana could speak English well and helped me along with my Spanish. We had useful conversations. It was relaxing and a safe heaven after a day with my pals hang gliding. Ana's mum was attentive even though she didn't speak English. I felt like they couldn't do enough for me. She even checked on me when I left to ensure I got to the airport on time.

It contains everything you need e.g. Smart TV, washing machine, towels, soap, hairdryer, kitchen items, tea/coffee, condiments, and even a cheeky bottle of wine :) It has a home away from home feel which I absolutely loved.
