Communication was quick and easy. We stayed with child and they provided mattress instead of sofa bed, it was very cute :) They had very clear instruction how to make from sofa bed to sleeping bed :) every single detail was noticed. Location is next to the campus, and the window I next to the street but not too much of traffic in the day. City center is just on the other side of the hill for a good walk back and forth. Kithchen offers everything I need for a few days. Overall it is also very clean and cozy place for me. Only one small hint for the host, I am from Asia, so it is a bit difficult for me to sleep if there is lights in the middle of night. Therefore it will make the place a full-score choice if the curtain in the bedroom is thick enough to block the lights from outside at night.
