The location was excellent: a 15 minute walk from Arndale and Piccadilly Station, a 1 minute walk to the tram stop.. It was super convenient. The staff was excellent from Dylan and Abby in Sales to the team at reception and the housekeeping staff. All were just so so helpful and so nice and accommodating. Special mention to Dylan who supported my request for an extension and gave me daily updates! I truly appreciated that. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book it again when I go back to Manchester.
