All units at the apartment complex are fitted with a seating area. What a perfect little hide away in the city centre of Edinburgh! We really liked staying in this perfect romantic apartment for two. A comfy bed, good climate control, great kitchen with oven and a bathroom with luxury shampoo and bath. We had quiet nights and explored the city on foot from the apartment. Definitely recommend this place!

All apartments feature a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and microwave. There is a bathroom in each apartment, equipped with free toiletries and a shower. A lounge area is available, and a TV is provided in the bedroom. Towels and bed linen are available. Extremely well located, only 15 mins by foot from the city centre and 20 minutes from Edinburgh castle, the apartments are extremely comfortable and spacious. We had apt 1, 4 and 9, all 1 bedroom apartments, made out of a bedroom and a living room/ kitchenette. We enjoyed the street view from apartment 4 ( located on the ground floor), the outdoor terrace from apartment 1 ( lower ground floor situated) and the tranquility of apartment 9. We expected apartment 4 to be noisy due to the location on the ground floor but we didn’t feel at all disturbed by the comings and goings. The living room however being street oriented was a bit noisy due to the traffic, but that can’t be helped due to the positioning of the apartment.

The room turned out to be even better than in the pictures. The location is ideal, right on the Royal Mile. Easy to get anywhere. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, all the necessities were provided. Great breakfast starting from 7 am. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The location was great. And the apartment was very nice overall, no problem fitting 4 people in 2 big bedrooms, one large living room and a bathroom.
