It was great that we could park our car freely. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was comfortable even for four people. The WiFi was stable, which was very important for us. We left the car and walked to the city center in about 15–20 minutes.

Literally 5 minutes away and super easy access to them from the accommodation. Little we knew Tsogne's Kingdom was going to be as special! We loved the rooms, beautifully decorated and clean, all new and good qualities. The host, Tsogne's, speaks English and he and his family are so friendly and nice, talking to us, allowing us to take photos of the garden, flowers, tortoise and the salmon the fished and barbaqued!!!!! Both dinner and breakfast were included and they were just surreal! My family and I could not believe the feast we were having for so cheap compared to European prices. The food was also local and fresh. We had plenty of vegetables and meat, fish, salad, bread, pasta, eggs. Wow! I'm so impressed with this place and I so so highly recommend it!

The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The bed is cozy. Sleeping there with the lapping of the river is a real pleasure. Gari and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. they came to wait for me at the bus station and took me back there the day I left. they listen to all your requests and give you advice to improve your stay in the region. I recommend this place 100%. You will have no regrets! On top of that, the value for money is unbeatable!

The hosts (I think they were the hosts parents) don't speak English but went above and beyond to accommodate me. Lovely stay, 10/10 would recommend.

After 3 weeks of travelling around Georgia, this was one of our favourite stays. Communication with our host (Beka) was excellent, and the hospitality wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, and he did everything he could to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, light, and unique. We had dinner one night in the hosts cellar/dining area, and it was really nice. Good food and wine. We really enjoyed a few days in this area. We spent 3 hrs exploring the Vardzia caves (going early at opening time means you can beat the tour buses) and also visited the Zeda convent. I'm very glad we visited this area of Georgia, and I'm particularly glad we met Beka and stayed at his wonderful Hobbiton.

We are very satisfied and we really do enjoy our stay there. I recommend to all❤
