The first room was nice, spacious and very clean. The hotel left us 2 water bottles, a juice bottle and 2 pieces of cake. The room had a washer and a dishwasher which was great. We added an extra night, The second room had the same as the first room but was much smaller.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. It's close to the airport. You can enter at any hour with a code to the door. There's an elevator. The appartment is beautiful, spacious with two fabulous showers. For those of you who like to sleep like we do - the place is very quiet and the beds are big and comfortable. Although our stay was short, we had the best time.

Set in the centre of Heraklio Town, City Lion by Semavί offers rooms with free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms....

Very nice hotel which is only 15 minutes away from the old town by foot. The owner Stelios is very friendly and had some good tips for us to discover Rethymno. Our apartment was on the 8th floor and we had an amazing view from the balcony. The room was also very nice and the breakfast was also good.

The hotel has a great location—not far from Balos Beach and the city. The rooms are spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom and a cosy balcony. It’s situated right by a beautiful, quiet beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The pool and beach area are both very pleasant. Free parking is available close to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, it was good value for money as well.

- Key handover process was really thoughtfully designed to be secure and hassle-free --- you can get your keys in a very secure way even if you're checking-in out of hours! - We actually made quite a grave mistake in our booking but the host (Stefanos and co.) were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, responding to our texts out of hours to get us sorted. - The neighbourhood has a cluster of trendy cafes and restaurants nearby. - The facilities are top-notch and the person who picked them out had a good eye for sleek, modern, high-quality design. - The hospitality is great. There is a communal coffee machine with a cookie jar and jugs of drinking water. Sometimes there's even a loaf of banana bread or cake in the mornings!
