All self-catered units feature tiled floors and are fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a toaster, and a private bathroom with shower. A fridge is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. We stayed in apartment 1 which was on the main path but it was quiet and secure. The staff were welcoming and got us into our room quicker than the check in time which was great. We left our bags in the secure lobby so we didn't have to carry them after we checked out. The room itself was spacious, double bed, small table and chairs, kitchen area with bowls/plates etc and a dishwasher and TV although we didn't use that. Room had Aircon and blackout curtains so it was comfortable for sleeping and not being woken early. Bathroom was a good size, towels and wash stuff provided Coffee and croissants were provided in the courtyard in the morning.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the city’s main highlights, including the charming Old Town, beautiful beaches, and the bustling marina. The apartments themselves felt just like home, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. What made it even more special was the warm and welcoming hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying the comfort and care of a true home away from home.

The location of the apartment is the best you can imaging few blocks from the entrance to the old city. The host was a with real communication with us , great friend and axcelant man . He met us in town , show us free spot for parking our car and took us to his apartment in his car . Also in return . Great guy , we love him , hopefully we will remain as friends in the future. I even spent the evening drinking coffee together. Great great apartment and great host .
