It was a great gateaway going out to the wonderful surrounding of the area. We felt like coming back home everyday. This was such a lovely stay.

We walked everywhere! Our host was lovely - she allowed us to check in early and was available to meet us as soon as we were ready. She provided us with the keys in person and made sure we were familiarized with the building and the unit before she left. The apartment was clean with updated appliances and everything we could have needed. Such a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this booking!!!

The property has an outdoor dining area. Unfortunately, I think the Rose Suite spoiled us for the rest of our holiday!!!!! This is hands down one of the nicest places we've ever stayed on our travels and it wasn't even crazy expensive. The facilities were exactly what we needed for our week-long stay and we were so impressed with the size and the space to really live in a home away from home. The kitchen facilites were great with everything we needed to self-cater. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom space in general was very cozy. The day bed was a nice kind of dumping ground for all our stuff as well. The living room was perfect for nights in front of the TV (I have the same Ikea sofa bed at home :) ). The dining area also functioned as our remote workspace. For those people who do have to work while they're on holiday (booooo), the layout here was great for that. There was enough space for both my partner and I to have our remote setup and not be bumping into each other. The wifi was also strong and reliable. Besides all this we brought our 28 kg dog, so that fact that we still felt like the space was big enough and comfy enough for all of us says a lot. The location was also great--close enough to Kenmare for supermarkets and pubs and a good starting point for lots of day trips. Being able to walk to the Sailor's Bar after a long day of exploring was also a plus. Thanks so much to Emmett and Grace for creating such a well thought out space and for allowing us to enjoy it.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Our room had a lovely gallery space where we could apreciate the surrounding nature and be protected from the wind. Exceptional. We were in front of the Kerry Cliffs, and were separated from Portmagee by a lovely 25-min-walk country road with little to no traffic. I can’t imagine a better location :) Mary was not just a host, she is a kind attentive person, always available and intuitive about what we could need.
