There's a courtyard where you can sit, relax, read, and have a gelato. The accommodations are excellent. Location excellent, many small shops, restaurants, pasticceria, grocery mini-markets very nearby. I could not figure out the bus stops, where and what times, but that's my lack of knowledge on city environments. Florence is , in my now partially experienced opinion, what you read about it in travel information books. One and only one suggestion. The TV, no reception without having your own active Netflix, YouTube streaming service. Happy and Safe travels.

Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms and a spatious terrace overlooking the sea and the marina. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choises. The staff is incredibly accomodating and helpful, they really made our stay a special experience.
