Zen Kyoto Hotel and Apartment made our winter here super comfortable. The room is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for both short and longer stays. The kitchen is well equipped. Heating works well. There's a washing machine - there's no dryer but the bathroom has a dehumidifying clothes drying setting that dries your clothes in a few hours. Better than a dryer as it doesn't shrink your sweaters! The staff is lovely. The building is a short easy walk to the train station. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, modern and clean apartment. The whole building looks brand new. The location was good for us, but it really depends on what you are looking for. We stayed for 2 nights and overall we were very happy with everything. The staff was very friendly and polite which is no surprise for Japan. :)

Very clean, near bus stops, friendly, responsive and helpful Ms Wang who is the person taking care of the guests. It offers a lot of privacy , has free coffee, I can boil hot water, and there is a washing machine (pay per use). It’s also 3 mins walk to an Onsen (highly rated and affordable) and five mins walk to Japanese restaurant. The aircon was really good, kept the room warm. Free Netflix but I didn’t watch. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Location!! It's right next to the canal. You can see the pine trees and the ocean just outside the entrance. Very quiet at night, and we really enjoyed our morning walking on the beach. The closest supermarket is on the other side of Amanohashidate, so we took the ferry to do our grocery shopping (what a unique experience, haha). Accommodation is new and clean, has everything we needed for a few days' stay, kitchen, huge bathroom, separate toilet and washing machine with dryer function.

Very comfortable and clean room. Great location in central Kyoto and walking distance from the main train station. Good value for money. Friendly staff and easy check-in and out.
