The communication was excellent from the beginning and the host was very accommodating to my request for an extra bed and help with laundry detergent. The apartment is roomy for Japan standards and very comfortable, with an incredible shower and all the amenities I needed. I really liked having a Lawson’s and 7-Eleven nearby (less than 5 min walk) to grab anything we needed for snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend this place for other families. We were 4 people but it would have been comfortable for 5.
