We stayed 4 night in this villa and our stay was more than fantastic!!! The host Shameera is such a great and wonderful guy. The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. The owner is such an amazing guy, it was a unplanned stip at Seascape Villa, but after having a conversation with Lasitha, it seemed like i had this planned for along time. He is a perfect host with a great smile and with great service which he is always willing to go out of the way. A great guy and a perfect example of how great customer service goes a long way. He knows all the good spots for food and will even help you with shopping. The rooms has eveything you need and the beach is not more than 100 meters away. Aweome place for couples and solo travelers. I would recomend his place as a go to place to understand Sri Lankan Hospitality. I wish him all the very best.

Nice light new clean accommodation with spacious terrace and private entrance situated in a tranquil neighborhood off the main road. Good bathroom with hot shower. Large bed with an excellent mosquito net. Run by a friendly family doing their absolute best to make you having a great time. The hostess prepares excellent meals on request. If we have had time we surely would have stayed longer.

The location of the accommodation is in the middle of beautiful nature, everywhere you can smell cinnamon and flowers. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. Everything was perfect. The owner is a great guy! The breakfast was delicious, everything was clean and prepared, the rooms are clean and big, the air conditioning is great and everything in the room and in the bathroom works, everything in the apartment is new, the bathroom is beautiful, big and clean. Each apartment also has a kitchen, where there is an electric kettle, but we didn't use anything from the kitchen, the owner took care of everything. He drove us safely to a great Italian restaurant. The price for the accommodation is great. I recommend it!

Es war eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Seit 2019 reise ich einmal im Jahr nach Sri Lanka. Ich bin so froh, dass ich mich dieses Jahr entschieden habe, in der C Son Villa in Bentota zu übernachten. Herzlicher Empfang, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, so freundlich, sauber und natürlich komfortabel. Ein paar Meter von der Villa entfernt gibt es einen offenen Platz, wo Sie Ihre Abendpartys (Grillen, Feuer usw.) genießen können. Sehr zu empfehlen. auch ganz in der Nähe von Bentota Beach, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.  Vielen Dank, Charith und Familie. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder.

I spent 3 weeks at Clay house and this accommodation was one of the best I have ever had in Sri Lanka. The apartment is incredibly spacious and modern designed, very clean, a very big bed, a wonderful bathroom and the kitchen was the best equipped I had ever seen. What else I really enjoyed was the incredible peace and quiet, the house is in a very quiet area and all the neighbors are super friendly. And not far is an exceptionally beautiful temple, which I can highly recommend, with very nice people and monks. I combined my stay with Ayurveda treatments and it was perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet afterwards and be self-catering. Thanuja was always very helpful and always took care of everything. I can highly recommend this accommodation as a woman traveling alone

The accommodation was perfect. There was nothing to complain about. The rooms were very high-quality, very clean and well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and served on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The host was very kind and attentive. The staff member Mahil is the nicest person we met in Sri Lanka and always provided excellent service! Overall, it was a 10/10, and the price-performance ratio is great. We would gladly come again—clear recommendation!

Separate entrances, bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. Very kind hosts. They always helped with everything and asked if anything was needed.
