Best place, just to sit on the balcony and watch - and Ravindu knows them all. Further more we saw: peackocks, many different storchs, crocodiles, wild boar, elefant. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean, ac and van working well. Ravindu did everything to make sure we had a great stay. If you stay there take breakfast and dinner, it is delicious! This was the best fish curry we had on our one month travel around Sri Lanka! cooked by Ravindu's mother. If you need anything else, there is a small shop just next door. Also TukTuks are available. This place is really highly recommended.

All units at the apartment complex have air conditioning and a desk. Quality exceeding the price! The villa is spacious and really clean compared to other places we visited in Sri Lanka. Bed linens were clean, mattresses very comfortable. We had a good sleep, there were no noises from outside. Villa is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine and even drying rack for clothes. Shower had good pressure and really hot water thanks to electric boiler. The shower floor even had a proper slope, so the water didn’t stay on the floor and was draining quickly! It was possible to choose from 3 breakfast options and it was tasty with some local dishes and fruits. Owner was very nice to us.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Tangalle, Lavish Lodge, Tangalle, Sri Lanka features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. All was excellent: the coast, friendly staff, comfortable room. There were all dishes to cook, clean floor and another places. in the evenings we used a mosquito tent, it made lovely atmosphere The room is isolated and we had own stairs. We always have “guests” on the balcony: two cute black cats, missing for them. After all, owners helped as to drive to another place on a big and roomy car We definitely recommend this place and want to come back!

We stayed in 7 hotels during our Sri Lanka trip, from simple B&Bs to 5-star resorts, and Khomba Lodge was the only one we’ll remember for a long time. It’s a villa with only 3 apartments, there will be a maximum of 8 guests except of you in the whole building. The middle floor apartment is simply stunning - very comfortable, equipped with more stuff than you’ll ever need, furnished with exceptional taste. On one side, your balcony overlooks a private garden pool with a sea view, while on the other, there’s an incredibly spacious private terrace filled with tropical plants. The villa also offers direct access to the beach, and bars and restaurants are just beyond the fence. We also experienced the best in Sri Lanka hospitality and care from the staff. The guards at the entrance are incredibly friendly, Rehan is always ready to assist with any local needs, and the amazing Gayan will take care of all your travel arrangements. With Gayan and his comfortable van we even traveled to Ella after our stay - it was the best travel & guide tour we had on the island. Lisa, who manages the place, provides super easy & direct communication. Our only regret is that our stay was too short. Highly recommended to everyone - we will definitely return some day! A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some fruits. I was planning to discover Tangalle for 2 days and ended up staying a whole week, mostly because of this place. Indhika is such a nice man, genuinely welcoming and interesting, the food was delicious all the way and the whole place is just super peaceful! I felt like home here, thank you again 🙂

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Each room includes a terrace with inner courtyard views. Nice surroundings (lovely garden) and location. Easy walking distance to 2 beaches. Very beautiful and spacious room. Good pizza and dinner options.

The villa is spacious, located just a short walk away from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Sanjeewa the Host was super friendly, very communicative with very good English (great conversations). The villa has a garden with a washing machine, which allows doing the laundry. But for Sanjeewa, we wouldn't have experienced the after sunset trip to Rekawa Sanctuary to see turtles lay eggs and disappear in the ocean. Unforgettable night. Last but not least, the beauty of the mangrowe adjacent to the villa. The chance to observe the flora and fauna, all the birds and animals living in their natural habitat, the changing light depending on the time of the day offer a stunningly meditative element, which makes one give up the beach. The three days we spent at 4 S Villa was definitely not enough. We highly recommend 4 S Villa... Ps. The beautifully painted gate must be seen from the front door of the house!

Loved my stay here - great self-contained bungalow with everything I needed, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with beautiful presentation and a nice setting by the pool. I enjoyed the sunbathing and pool area, and it’s a short walk to the beach / restaurants. As I had rented a tuk tuk, it also had plenty of parking and was safe.
