Maryel was very responsive to all our requests/needs and the staff on sight were friendly and helpful. Maryel also arranged transport for us to and from Cancun airport, which was one less thing we had to worry about, and she also arranged drinking water jugs for us (minimal cost). We were also able to rent beach chairs (5USD/week), which we liked. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is non-smoking and is set 200 metres from Cancun Government Palace. Great apartment, very well situated (close to the bus station, and has everything you need for a short stay! Very comfortable. Host was excellent and kind, brought us blankets when it got colder, recommended local restaurants and communicated very well with us.

The room is well designed and decorated with a comfortable bed and hammock on the patio but surprisingly my favorite amenity was the water machine in the hallway so you can constantly refill your water jug or water bottles. Would definitely stay here again!
