Tracey, the host, truly went above and beyond with thoughtful little touches that made the place feel so homely. The variety provided was amazing — from an assortment of creams, shampoos, and conditioners in the bathroom to a delightful breakfast selection of cereals, teas, marmalades, and more. Every detail seemed carefully considered, and it made us feel so welcome. Although we didn’t use it, the grill available for guests is a fantastic option for sunny days. Unfortunately, we had cloudy weather, but it didn’t dampen our experience. Instead, we cozied up in the bedroom and watched Netflix on the smart TV, which allowed us to log into our own account. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone passing through Te Anau. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and hospitality — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Katie and Wayne's place was a hidden gem,beautifully decorated, spacious and warm.it was very quiet, with the young man next door who twice sorted the tv out for us which he did in in a pleasant manner.,there was no pressure to leave early.it was close to amenities.it was nice to have a bit of luxury.
