The property features a well-maintained pool, and since our room was on the ground floor, it was incredibly convenient with direct access right outside our doorstep. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—including cooking utensils and even waste separation bins for clean and efficient recycling. We especially enjoyed the small patio where we could relax and unwind. One of the best aspects of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere at night—something that’s not always easy to find in the Alona Beach area. The entire facility felt safe and welcoming, with a friendly security guard at the gate who also shared helpful local tips. The owners, Danny and Mae, were wonderful hosts. Danny personally greeted us upon arrival, which made us feel very welcomed. He was also very responsive and attentive to our messages during our stay, promptly answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect—just a 5-minute walk to both Alona Beach and the main street, giving easy access to restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a quieter area. Overall, this is an ideal place for couples and families looking for a clean, quiet, and budget-friendly stay near the beach. I’d give it a solid 10/10!

And the best is the shower, good water pressure, amazing after the sea bath. They have a beautiful garden, and cute cat and dog.

The view was absolutely beautiful and made our time here feel truly special. The facilities were modern, clean, and fully equipped — everything we needed was there. What stood out the most was Selina’s support. She was always available and incredibly helpful, whether it was arranging a scooter rental or answering any questions we had. I ran into other freedivers while staying there. AC is quiet. I liked the pool. You have your own fridge and basic cooking (like breakfast oatmeal) in the room and main kitchen outside room for more complex cooking (I mainly eat out so only used main kitchen once).

It’s the most clean room I’ve ever seen throughout my backpacking journey. The owner is also super responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place.
