The responsiveness to any request was outstanding, and the daily cleaning service was done meticulously. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, which made working and staying connected very convenient. The apartment was very clean, and the furniture and home appliances are modern and of high quality, providing great comfort. Security arrangements are excellent, with a building gate that opens with a passcode and a secure apartment door, ensuring complete peace of mind. Special thanks to *Abu Basheer*, who was diligent, professional, and extremely courteous. May God reward him for his outstanding service. I highly recommend these apartments and would definitely choose them again when visiting Yanbu.

We were given a cozy & comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen & private bathroom. The host was amazing (thank you again) and was very responsive. Due to the last minute change in our travel plans from Makkah to Madinah, she accommodated the key collection promptly & efficiently. She was kind enough to put snacks & nibbles for us in the kitchen - indeed a kind gesture which my children appreciated a lot :) We stayed at the property for 1 night & most of the time we were at Masjid al Nabawi & had an early morning return flight from Madinah - so we did not get to spend much time at the lovely apartment but whatever little time we spent there was made very comfy by the kind lady & her manager (Basheer) - thanks a lot for that

Everything! The supervisor and the 2 workers that helped us under our stay all the way. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live under our stay in Medina. What ever we asked for they were right there helping out. Mustaffa who was there working the day we arrived, even bought a brand new washing machine so we could wash our clothes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE WITHOUT DOUBT! I am for sure going there again
