Diana Estate is right in the middle of Soi Buakao so most things I need - nightlife, restaurants etc - were within walking distance. While being central, the estate is quiet and not much noise from the surrounding area filters in. The room was very nice - quite large, well laid out, with a desk where I could use my laptop, a comfortable sofa, and a basic kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a few dishes and cutlery. The estate has a very nice pool which I used a few times. Mew and David were always available and helpful. The room was cleaned every second day, which was fine for me

Like: very responsive, helpful host who address all concerns I had during a long stay. I enjoyed the washer, AC, large comfortable bed, quiet room for quality sleep. The cleaner came a couple times during my stay which was useful. Nice security at front gate to give an extra layer of security. Great location. I enjoyed some early morning walks on Jomtien beach and some very good restaurants close by. Away from the heavy party district but accessible. Dislike: a distance away from the malls but grab very affordable in Pattaya. no gym in the building but several gyms and kickboxing gyms within walking distance. I recommend battle conqueror. Very good price.

Situated in Pattaya South and a 10-minute walk from the beach, BUTTERFLY GARDEN BOUTIQUE RESIDENCES by Frasier, A Lifestyle Destination Apt and Villas 1 to 3 Bedroom units, 2 Full Bathrooms, Rain... It was quiet and family friendly. Staff was extremely helpful.

Doté d'un toit-terrasse avec une piscine et d'une terrasse ombragée, le Citismart Residence est idéalement situé dans le centre de Pattaya. Service et hospitalité exemplaire du jamais vu Jeap et sa sœur nous ont traité comme une famille j’ai eu du mal à quitter l’hébergement

L’établissement Supalai Mare Pattaya & City Center se situe à Pattaya (sud), à respectivement 1,9 km et 39 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Jomtien Beach et Eastern Star Country Club & Resort. The room is very clean and well-equipped, and the location is convenient with a fruit market just across the street. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. It was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Pattaya!
