Well kept.There is a supermarket on the main floor which is very convenient for picking up bfast items & snacks. To top it off, we must mention that The host was amazing!! He Went over & above the expected. I had a medical emergency & the host arranged for a Dr's appt, took us there, assisted in translating the conversation from Arabic to English, took us the several pharmacies till we found an appropriate splint/compression sock; took us to get meds, ultra sound just to name a few things. He was an unbelievable host who absolutely went out of his way to assist us 2 sisters traveling. I cannot say enough or thank him enough for what he did for us in this time of medical assistance!!! We highly highly recommend him & his property!! We also had the opportunity to meet his lovely family.

Nadil is the perfect host. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location in Sfax was great. You are right in the middle of everything. I had a rental car (reserved parking for the unit right outside the front door), but wouldn't have needed it to get around as everything is walkable. Sfax is a lot more compact than Tunis. The unit itself has everything you'd want. Great kitchen, comfy king bed, great shower.
