Shambani House is like a small peaceful oasis surrounded by a typical Tanzanian neighborhood. You live close to many local families, but thanks to your own little guesthouse, you can always take a timeout and enjoy the comfort of your own small two rooms (bedroom and living room, it even has a refrigerator, and an own nice new bathroom too). The hosts Hancemark and Evelyn took care of me wonderfully! Evelyn cooked the best and most delicious Tanzanian dishes, and if I needed to go somewhere, I could just easy take a ride with Hancemark and his "boda boda". He even has an extra helmet. . I can only recommend Shambani House warmly.

The host was wonderful, very nice and friendly. He made medicine for our daughter when she had stomach problems after traveling. Papaya, mango and bananas grow in the garden. You can also feed the bunnies. It was safe, simple and friendly.

It’s a wonderful place that went way above our expectations. Very Comfortable house with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful garden. Fully equipped with everything you need. There was even food for breakfast soft drinks and beer in the fridge. The place is way above African standards in terms of cleanliness and decorum. And it’s at very reasonable price. You won’t be disappointed
