Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washer & dryer and all the towels/toiletries supplied. The location is ideal, outside the city but well connected. Only a quick bus or ferry trip away from either south Manhattan or the bus terminal which is around the corner from Times Square. The apartment is very secure with both a key code main building door and key code lock on the apartment door. James who assisted with our check-in and the lead up was very helpful. We didn’t spend too much time in the apartment as we were out in the city most of the days but the time we did spend was great! The area of Hoboken is very quiet and friendly so it was great to come back and relax after being in the city. The main street is only a 20 minutes walk and has lot of shops and places to eat too if needed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rebook if we visit New York again.

The place is very clean, totally new and nice designed. It’s more than enough space for 2 persons. The bed is huge and very comfortable, nice blanket and many pillows so sleeping was perfect. I cooked every morning (kitchen has all you need from hornet to dishes to do any sorts of meal) and coffee machine and the owner even put free tasty coffee and sweets for us! Thank you so much! The house is very cosy. We never saw or hear any naibours. It’s very close to Manhattan with 128,165,168 that goes just next to the apartment every 2-5 min during the day and every hour during the night. Good shops two steps from apartments. But for sure the best is magnificent view to Manhattan that opens from the street so every morning you can run or drink coffee in a park looking to Manhattan 💔

Dean is a really friendly, welcoming, and available host. We arrived quite late, and he kindly waited for us to greet us in person. The apartment has just been renovated and newly listed, and it’s absolutely great, cozy, functional, and equipped : speaker, TV with all streaming platforms, and a comfortable, clean bed. It’s also super easy to get to New York, there’s a direct bus that takes about 25 minutes to Times Square. Perfect for enjoying the city without spending too much on accommodation. We definitely recommend this place! Candice

Everything was wonderful. The townhome is equipped for a comfortable stay. The rooftop deck is actually furnished and we had a few nice study/work days up there and a few pleasant evenings looking at manhattan lights. The location is very convenient - minutes away from light rail, bus stop for Manhattan across the street. There are also a few really good bakeries within walking distance 😋 The owner and the hosting company are extremely attentive and kind! We ran out of detergent during our stay, so the owner stopped by to personally drop it off!
