The apartment is at the 31st floor of the tower and offers a breathtaking view at the ocean, the city and the mountains from the balcony. We found the apartment clean and well equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, enough towels (of all sizes) etc. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the beach. You can just walk there in your swimming clothes and flip-flops. Adequate information was given by the host on how to open the apartment and use the parking pass. Summarising: we really enjoyed our stay!
