The apartment is very clean, and has all the equipments I need for a short stay apartment. We had a quiet Christmas at this beach house in Rye, it was lovely.

The hosts were also very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommend this place..

Comfy King bed, well equipped kitchen and lounge. Very spacious and modern and comfortable. The heating was already turned on when we arrived which was very much appreciated considering the weather.
