I loved the view of course but the owner, Artemis, was my favorite part of the stay (which is saying a lot because everything was truly wonderful). She instantly made me feel like family, always providing quick answers to questions and incredible restaurant recommendations, and teaching us about her family and the history of Himare. She is such a special person and this place emanates that same special quality. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it was our favorite hotel experience of our five week trip through four countries. I am SO particular and literally have zero notes or complaints. Thank you Arti and your baba for building/transforming this into such an incredible space!

The hotel is set at the end of the beach, offering a wonderfully private and intimate atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally professional and friendly. We had the best breakfasts we’ve eaten in Albania beautifully prepared, with everything fresh and absolutely delicious. The couple who run the hotel made us feel completely at home. The view over Himare is breathtaking. This is our favourite hotel in Albania, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel was beautiful from the moment walking in. Greeted by friendly reception staff, lovely and clean and room was spacious with lots of storage space and a beautiful balcony with views of the beach. Air conditioning works very well (although the doors are a tad finicky) The hotel had access to 2 private beaches - 1 right out the front (Dora beach) and Submarine at Llamani beach Breakfast had many choices and a nice area around the pool

The property was really peaceful and cozy—perfect for couples! We had a car, so the location was convenient for us, and the small private parking space was a big plus. We had a wonderful 2 days at Sunflower. The apartment was great, very clean and very convenient being only 1 min from the beach Parking on site was a bonus. The best part was the friendliness of the host who went out of her way to make sure everything was ok. Very good value and highly recommended.
