Perfect location to stay up to 4 people for visiting Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken. Apartment has everything you need for great vacation- all kitchen and bath utensils, nice balcony for breakfast. Swimming pool on territory, 2 minutes walk lake Thune with private beach. Super comfortable beds. We Absolutely liked the property.

The Seiler au Lac enjoys a peaceful location at the bank of Lake Brienz, with steamers and free buses to Interlaken stopping right in front of it.

The hotel is in a secluded area by the water and it’s lovely and quiet, easy bus route into the towns and to get train transport. During my stay, the staff made me feel welcomed and there is an older gentleman who works in the restaurant area (does nights mostly, well during my stay anyways) has been working there a few years now! He was very lovely and made sure I was accommodated. I do highly recommend the hotel and chatting with the staff :)

Everything! It was the most lavish out of the 5 stays on this trip. The location, facing out into the marina was beautiful.

I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.

Belvédère Strandhotel is a 4-star superior hotel in Spiez, right on the shore of Lake Thun. It includes a spa area, an outdoor pool, a private beach, and a gourmet restaurant overlooking the lake.

My husband and I went to Spiez for our honeymoon, and Belevedere Hotel became the best hotel in my life! We met the kindiest, sweetest, and the most professional hotelier at the Reception! His name is Jerome Donze, and he welcomed us from the first time we entered the hotel. His jokes and good energy were so hilarious and joyful, but he was still so professional that we gained a really good first impression about Spiez and Belvedere Hotel. (He looks similar to an American actor Jack Black😂) There were pick-up and drop-off services between the hotel and Spiez station(the train station), which I got to know a bit later. Breakfast was awesome with a broad wide window. Room condition and the garden in front of the rooms were really fascinating. There is a button hidden in the room to close the curtains, and it will be a total blackout after the curtains going down. We found the button so late😂 I have been to many other countries and hotels, but Belvedere Hotel was the best, and I actually want to keep this as a secret to myself :) I want to visit Spiez again and will definitely stay at Belvedere Hotel again!

The place has all the privacy you need, with a separate room and private bathroom, and a spacious shared kitchen. The location couldn’t be better. Walter is super nice and has two small dogs that we absolutely loved! He always made sure the dogs didn’t bother guests, but we actually called them over ourselves to pet them.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet-style property. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled between the mountains and the lake, it offers a postcard-perfect view right from the window. My room was cozy yet modern, with a comfy bed, a large TV, and a lovely balcony furnished with wooden chairs — perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views of both the lake and the surrounding Alps. The property itself has a charming, old-world wooden chalet design, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite the traditional style, the room was very well-maintained and felt fresh and comfortable. Getting to the property is super easy — it’s just a 4-minute bus ride from Spiez Bahnhof on the B60 bus, and the bus stop is conveniently located right across the street. The same bus line also takes you directly to Interlaken in the other direction, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The lake nearby is truly mesmerizing, perfect for a peaceful walk or just relaxing by the water. There’s even a lovely Greek restaurant just a short walk from the property, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway in the Swiss Alps.
