Something special was the service staff who were very friendly and hospitable. The location is perfect near the airport and the food is very good, both the buffet and the restaurants. It was our first time as a family and we will be back for sure.

My wife and I staid here for her birthday. The property was very clean and the amenities were great. The staff provided us with contacts for transportation into Santa Marta and Rodadero. We never mentioned it was my wife's birthday to the staff, but on the morning of her birthday they came out with a cake and sang happy birthday to her. Can't recommend the hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to get away too for a vacation.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was modern, clean and much larger than expected. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. For a foreign visitor, the amount of security is a bit unusual especially given I've never seen any trouble on visits to Colombia. Overall, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the price was less than a basic hotel room in London - unbelievable value for money but perhaps I visited in low season.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast menu was small but quality was excellent. Once we had lunch and dinner and all food were really great. Beach is literally one door away from the hotel. And beach was quiet, clean and beautiful.
