We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The staff was super friendly and great, overall the vibe was very relaxed. I must add that I think they really made effort to process the feedback because all the things we read previously about the beds at the pool and headboard of the bad that would be dated and old towels, we did NOT see. Everything seemed very updated actually! Would highly recommend also because of the relaxed vibe overall.

We loved the location to the beach - a promenade to stroll along or jog if you were so inclined. We had booked a deluxe swim up level room which entitled us to our own lounge with snacks and a bar with all inclusive drinks. Also we were able to book (via the Level Lounge Reception Team) all of the other Meliá Hotels which were all walkable to the hotel we stayed in. All the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

It has a relaxed atmosphere, is quiet, and is well organized. It is in a great location near the beach and downtown. There is nothing pretentious, and the facility provides great comfort, 3 pools plus many other activities. We were allowed to stay until 10 p.m. on the departure day for a reasonable fee. Our suite was available 6 hours earlier at check-in. Both favors were very convenient and highly appreciated.
