Lovely hotel, staff goes above and beyond. Quick transport by golf cart to the main hotel for beach access. Notable staff members include Ayman, Marco, Hossam. Reception staff including Wael and Girgis were lovely.

The Hotel and the facilities around were fantastic, great place, built in beautiful spot down the Galala Mountain,
the view from the hotel to the beach and up the Mountain is absolute gorgeous.
the Hotel decoration and the interiors are fine, the rooms were good and modern with good cable TV and on demand TV which is a plus, the bathroom is small but nice, the hotel had good swimming pools and nice place by the seaside with Shisha and all drinks served, we loved the seating by the seaside!

The location, atmosphere, neighborhood, timely service, timely gardening and watering the grass, friendly and disciplined security force, pleasant environment and most interesting the grass embedded beach seaside (shore). Very clean public bathroom @ seaside.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, Minazaki (Front Office Manager was super helpful). Beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms and lovely food. Large pool was amazing and the whole complex was very quiet when we were there, our own private beach holiday 🤣
