We recently stayed at Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort as a couple, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.​ A special thank you to Mr. Omar at reception, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. He graciously upgraded our room and accommodated a late checkout, making our stay even more enjoyable.​ The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and a variety of amenities. We particularly enjoyed the diverse dining options and the relaxing atmosphere.​ The animation team was fantastic—super energetic and friendly. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend the resort to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing vacation.​ We genuinely enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back.

Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

AMAZING stay. We stayed for 6 nights in one of the junior suite with access to the pool and everything was perfect. I work in the hotel industry and I can tell you that the whole staff has service in their hearts. When we left after 7 days it felt like leaving your own family. A special thank to Nader, Ibrahim, Islam, Fadi, Mohamed (our housekeeper), the manager of the buffet restaurant and all the young guys from the lobby bar and pool bar. In terms of food we were a bit afraid that an all inclusive in Egypt would be a bit disappointing but the food is overall very good, a lot of variety and there are 5 « à la carte » restaurant that allows to change from the buffet. The morning buffet is delicious, great egg station and the pancakes and waffles are delicious. The wine of course is not like in France, but that is of course totally expected and overall okay. For the cocktail a little improvement could be done for some bar tenders as sometimes you get very different cocktails depending on who makes it, but again, nothing terrible ! In terms of cleanliness the hotel is extremely clean, there is an army of people cleaning the whole pool / beach areas after sunset and the rooms are extremely clean. If we come back to Hurghada I would definitely stay there again and from what we’ve seen on site, it is definetly better than most of the hotels and big international brands. Go there without hesitating !

Our room was very specious with a big balcony. As a guest of the Redcon Suites, you can use the beach opposite the road for free. The staff, especially Taha, is very helpful. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The management, staff, espicially Mr. Hanna, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from variety of resturenets to the beachs, pools and the green open areas. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return. Thanks to the management, staff and Mr. Hanna for making it so special. Highly recommended!
