From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We came early in the morning and requested an early check-in, which the front desk kindly accommodated without any extra charge. They even invited us to enjoy breakfast while our room was prepared, and afterwards a golf cart was waiting to take us directly to our room. The resort itself is beautiful and ideally located. It truly has everything you could want—numerous restaurants and bars, a wide variety of activities throughout the day, and a lovely beach with easy access to the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the entire property is exceptionally well maintained. The variety of restaurants offering different cuisines makes it easy to find something you like while also trying new dishes. I would especially like to thank the entire team at Yades Greek Cuisine and the night shift staff member at Burger Boulevard. Their warm hospitality and outstanding service made our experience truly memorable. They made us feel welcome, always went above and beyond, and created moments we will not forget. Because of them, we would happily return. We also booked the Honeymoon Spa package (around 500 USD), and it was worth every penny. The massages, chocolate-coconut scrub, saunas, jacuzzi, and overall experience were absolutely top tier. The spa staff were professional, attentive, and made the experience unforgettable. The resort also offers 24-hour room service with reasonable prices, as well as affordable laundry services, which we found very convenient. The animation team kept the atmosphere lively with pool parties, water polo, volleyball, and a variety of sports and activities every day. Their energy and enthusiasm added a lot of fun to our stay. Overall, this is a vibrant resort full of entertainment, music, and activities—perfect for young couples who enjoy partying, relaxing, and having fun on vacation. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely return!

Nice place and very friendly staff at reception

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

Thank you for a great and wonderful meal. We have never experienced such service and giving and treatment!! The staff does everything for the guest!! I celebrated my birthday and I was pampered!! The room was beautiful and excellent. A room with a pool. Great room service. Comfortable and excellent rooms. Amazing pools. And we got to know the lovely Madrona!! Excellent hotel and we would love to come back and stay again!! Thank you!!

Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!

We stayed in Sunrise Montemare for one week with my best friend and our two kids each. Our stay was great. The hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The room was very nice and big and beds were super comfortable. The food and the drinks were very tasty for us. The staff is very nice too, all of them are there to make your holliday nice.We will come bake here again.

The hotel has restaurants with high quality and rich variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a long coral reef in front of the hotel beach, with full of different types of colourful fishes. You will definitely enjoy doing snorkelling all day. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Mehmet Aydin. We saw him frequently on the site, rather than sitting in his office, kindly talking with the hotel guests and doing close follow-up issues that the guests have some times.
