Flat is clean and nice, looks like they have a refreshment recently, got all the amenities you may need. Nice balcony exposure - you can see sunsets. Also host was very helpful with our questions. The beach is located next to the building.

It is worth noting the cleanliness of the house! An amazing family met us, recommended cheap restaurantsю A huge house with three bathrooms, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. They were always in touch with us and answered all questions.

Hotel is new and well-equipped. Staff were very good, especially Manager Maia and Luka — they were very kind and helpful. There were a few small issues, which is normal for a newly opened hotel. Location is great, close to the beach, with a nice sea view. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would love to come back.

I highly recommend this place for accommodation. We spent a week there and had an entire floor to ourselves, including two bathrooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The bedding was freshly washed and fragrant. The balcony was spacious — perfect for enjoying the view from different angles or simply sitting down with a cup of coffee or tea. From the windows, we could see trees full of ripe oranges. We had access to the entire garden, including a gazebo with a fireplace where we prepared meat on a spit. If you're an animal lover, you'll definitely enjoy the free-roaming peacocks, British cats, and a small dog. The garden offers a beautiful view of the nearby forested mountains and Gonio, with its illuminated cross at the top dominating the landscape. When the morning mist appears, the mountains look absolutely stunning. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Right next to the house, minibuses (line no. 20) stop and take you directly to Batumi. There are also four small shops in the immediate area. The hosts are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were happy to share information about local attractions, such as the nearby historic Asparos Fortress, and about life in Georgia in general. They treated us to homemade Georgian wine and orange concentrate made from fruit grown in their garden. When a rainy day came, they promptly showed us how to turn on the heating to make sure we stayed warm and comfortable. They also provided us with charcoal for the grill when we needed it and couldn’t find any in the shops. The beach in Gonio, in our opinion, is the most beautiful in the area — the sea has a gorgeous color, and you can see the mountains (on clear days, even snow-covered peaks in the distance). Palm trees line the shore. I truly recommend this place to everyone — in my opinion, it’s a fantastic location right next to the most beautiful beach near Batumi.
