Very clean, very comfortable size of Appartement, nice view to the see and to Kalamata, private parking, free coffee and also water in the refrigerator, beds are very comfortable, hairdryer was there, very helpful owner. Staff were amazing, very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, grounds are immaculate. Easy parking on site. Walking distance to beach bars and clubs, or short drive to town centre also. Very peaceful location, immediately feel relaxed when you walk in to hotel.

Everything was perfect! The view was absolutely stunning, with the crystal-clear sea below. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and eager to help with anything we needed, offering many useful suggestions for activities in the area. It was an experience we would definitely love to repeat!

I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment! Despite being partially underground, all rooms have windows, and it feels cosy and modern. Everything is new and well-designed, especially the fully equipped kitchen, offering a high level of comfort, including the comfortable mattress. The owners live in the same building, making contact very easy, even though we arrived late at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was superb - you can walk to the beach comfortably in less than 10minutes, so many shops close by including bakeries and cafes. Restaurants are also close. The winning aspect was the comfort - the air conditioning was perfect, and the whole house felt like a “home”. It honestly had everything you’d need in a holiday home. The automatic shutters also made for a great nights sleep in total darkness

We wanted something near the beach so our 4 kids could come and go as they wanted, and this house was perfect - 45 seconds from the sand, just across a car park and a road.The house itself had a everything you would want for a normal stay, and the hosts left a tray of tea, coffee, some butter and honey and so on to get us started. There are two dedicated bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room, and all these rooms had air conditioning. The washing machine was useful (there was washing powder provided). At night the noise from the beach and bars was not particularly noticeable, thanks to the house being slightly back from the action. The location was perfect for us since we wanted a beach and sea holiday, but the property is a good 25 minute walk to the main part of the town, longer if (like us) you've come with kids. Not a problem for us, we did it a couple of times and made it part of the holiday, but worth considering if you intend to be up in the town regularly.
