Clean, modern, and spacious — perfect for a couple or solo traveler. The open layout and balcony with seaview made it a comfortable and inviting place to relax. Well maintained. The location is quiet, secluded, 30 minutes from the main port by car, 10 minutes walk from the bus stop. 3 minutes walk to the Chrissi Akti beach and 20 minutes nice shore walk to Golden beach, it was so nice to have easy access to the shore. If you like to windsurf or paddle boarding, the location is right by the windsurf center. Check-in and check-out were seamless, the host and staffs were super nice, they have the answers to all questions with recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway.

Everything was perfect! Staff was super nice, good quality food! Amazing breakfast. Room was big and very clean. Sea water was very nice as well. Honestly I’ve seen few negative comments but I disagree. Definitely recommend!

A charming family hotel situated a few steps from the beach which is suitable for families with children and is shaded by tamarisk trees.. The rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned on a daily basis. Highlights of this hotel are a beautiful roof terrace with loungers and tables and free sun loungers for hotel guests to use on the beach. Thank-you to Marousso and team for taking good care of us. Such a beautiful building! The room was cosy, had a great balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the outside. It had a heat pump/airconditioner which was great because the weather got a little chilly during our stay! Had a small but well stocked kitchen, within walking five minutes walking distance to resturants and 10 minute walk to supermarket. It's very near the beach and bus stop access to Parakia and other towns. There is a direct bus to Parakia which takes about 30 minutes. Nicolas himself was so welcoming and helpful, with recommendations and let us store our luggage in reception after check out.

The spot is very good with a unique sea view almost to all directions, even from inside the house as the sea is 30 meters away. Just next to two wonderful beaches and a small fishing village with restaurants etc.( you can go there on foot ) Inside the apartment there is plenty of room for more than 8 persons and it is well equipped . The host was very kind and helpful and we promised to go there again.
