Everything. Facilities were excellent, staff were friendly and the room was both clean and comfortable. Confidently located beside the beach and some very nice restaurants. The cats were a bonus for us too!

Fabulous location a few km outside lovely small fishing village of Agios Nicholas where there were plenty of restaurants. Walk down a path to a bay for swimming - getting in by a ladder. Great ambience.

Staff were amazing, very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, grounds are immaculate. Easy parking on site. Walking distance to beach bars and clubs, or short drive to town centre also. Very peaceful location, immediately feel relaxed when you walk in to hotel.

Very lovely place to stay. Amazing hosts - caring, communicative, generous and helpful. Room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you need and more. Really nice pool, beautiful sea views and a great location, with restaurants at the nearby port (with thanks to our lovely hosts for the recommendations!). We were very grateful that the hosts accepted our last minute booking and had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Messinian View as a family of four. The place is peaceful and offers breathtaking views over the sea and Kalamata. The host was absolutely amazing – kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel truly welcome and taken care of, which made a big difference. There’s a small path that leads down to the water, and both the morning and evening swims were absolutely magical – calm, clear, and quiet. We loved every moment and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay near Kalamata centre.
