We had a wonderful holiday, perhaps the best I'd say. Numenia is a beautifully designed Greek house, very stylish, and clean… you have everything what you can need in the house. and the owners are a wonderful family. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with a smile and were helpful in every way. We felt like locals. We're already planning to return for an unforgettable holiday on a magnificent island, in a wonderful house, by the turquoise colour sea... See you again soon, thanks for everything!!!

The view and proximity to the beach were amazing. It is quite a hike up the hill from the harbour but it only takes about 7 mins. We only went down to the harbour of an evening as we spent the day sunbathing at the villa and going to the sea for a dip or to get a drink at the lovely taverna. All of which is a 2 min walk away. Property was gorgeous inside and well maintained. The owner was very helpful in her communication too.

Very tastefully equipped, top quality it is a real nice hideaway. We loved the quiet morning on the terrace, fully equipped household, superb location. It’s only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the restaurant and supermarket. Wonderful modern apartment with great views and lovely amenities. Every day cleaning, fresh towels etc. We loved the big terrace with table and sunbed. We even decided to extend our stay because we loved the place so much. Very quiet and on the very end of the village.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right by the water, 10 minutes walk to the village in one direction, and 10 minutes to Ftenagia beach in the other direction. The view from the balcony to the village was amazing. The house had everything you would need and the architecture is beautiful. We would come back, and we would recommend it to friends. We loved the fact that we could walk a few steps down and use a ladder to go into the water to swim. The contact with our host Linda by phone and WhatsApp was outstanding. She contacted us even to let us know that the regular ferry service to Rhodes would not be available for the next 2 days because of strong winds and told us which ferry we should take if we needed to get to Rhodes. We were very touched that she would go to such great lengths to help us - thank you Linda !

Our stay in onar residence was excellent, the residence is carefully designed, and in perfect harmony with the chalki island architecture, new and modern. The daily housekeeping by Miss Irma was excellent, the perfect concierge service when needed by Miss Katherina is impeccable and flawless. The resident is a just a few steps from beach acess and has a private sunning terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas for its guests. I highly recommend this residence to those who prefers an upscale accomodation in the beautiful Chalki Island.

Halki and this villa are amazing! It is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, modern and clean. There were local wine, honey and jams waiting for me in the kitchen, a nice extra touch. Easy to contact the friendly owner via whatsapp if any questions. The best part is the villa's own seaside access - a feature worth every penny. The only minor downside is that the swimming platform is not 100 % private, it is shared with this villa and the next one (both have their own terraces, but share the stairs to the sea).
