Clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful, communication was excellent, and the location was peaceful but still close to everything. We especially loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings with the village view. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was brilliant, the apartment had everything even a washing machine and powder , fruit wine biscuits when we arrived, everything was so clean , good bedding , location couldn’t be any better right by the beach and restaurants, the host was excellent replied straight away to any questions and so helpful, Kini bay has a perfect sandy beach at the end of the bay ,

I can’t praise Pino di Loto enough! From the moment we arrived to the second we left we were treated like part of the family! The location is peaceful and beautiful, with the most stunning views. We loved our room, the super-comfortable bed, the poolside area - and it was great to find the pool open off season! Oh, and how could we forget the delicious breakfast of carefully selected local cheeses, preserves, and other delightful treats! Location is perfect, it is close to Lotus beach and Kini village is 10 minutes walk. We had a balcony overlooking the sea with own table and chairs, where we had our breakfast in the shade. Although the balcony is shared with several other apartments, it is spacious and arranged in such the way that other guests had their own entry and we had perfect privacy. The apartment is spacious, very clean and with all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was kind and helpful.

The attention to detail is insane! So beautiful & just everything you could think of. Excellent communication from hosts, fabulous breakfasts delivered to the door every day. Great plunge pool / netflix on tellies. Highly recommend this gorgeous house. Short walk to town.
