The hospitality of the owners and staff, they could do enough for you. The location, the unit size is great, very comfortable & the construction build is amazing, they left nothing out. The breakfast was sufficient, in your room or in the outdoor area.

Everything was brilliant, the apartment had everything even a washing machine and powder , fruit wine biscuits when we arrived, everything was so clean , good bedding , location couldn’t be any better right by the beach and restaurants, the host was excellent replied straight away to any questions and so helpful, Kini bay has a perfect sandy beach at the end of the bay ,

Very comfortable stay, with a really beautiful view sat out at the small table on the terrace. The location is fantastic, we didn't rent a car and had no regrets. An easy walk to Lotos beach, or to Kini for the beach, bars, restaurants, and a couple of small shops. Once the heat of the day is easing off, the coastal route to Delfini beach is lovely too (~30 mins walk). There's a bus to Ermoupoli and then we walked up to Ano Syros (I believe there's another bus we could have taken for that leg too). We also took a very fun boat trip from Kini to see the north west of the island. And Hector kindly helped us out by organising a taxi to a nearby winery and by offering recommendations, as well as bringing some snacks freshly baked by his mother A relaxing spot and an ideal base to explore a lovely island

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for – almost as if we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. Sophia, our host, is truly one of the warmest, kindest, and most attentive people we have ever met. Her genuine kindness and outstanding hospitality made our stay unforgettable – she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Breakfast was a real highlight every morning: so much variety, freshly baked goods, plenty of options for everyone, and even lactose-free and gluten-free products specially prepared for my wife. On the day of our excursion, Sophia thoughtfully arranged breakfast boxes for us to take with us, which made us feel so cared for. The hotel restaurant deserves a special mention as well. The food was simply wonderful – traditional Greek cuisine and also seafood, rich flavors, and authentic recipes. We tried food all over the island, but always found ourselves happily returning to the hotel’s restaurant, because it truly stood out for both quality and taste. Our room was spotless every day – quite impressive given how much sand you naturally bring in from the beach. Speaking of the beach, right in front of the hotel we always had comfortable sunbeds waiting for us, which made our days by the sea even more relaxing. What makes this place truly unique is the family-run atmosphere. You can feel the love, warmth, and pride in every detail. Everyone treats you as if you are part of their family, and this genuine connection is something you simply cannot find in larger, commercial hotels. When it was time to leave, it honestly felt like saying goodbye to family members rather than just checking out of a hotel. We left with full hearts, unforgettable memories, and a desire to return. If you are looking for a place where you will be welcomed with open arms, enjoy authentic Greek hospitality, delicious food, spotless comfort, and a true “home away from home” feeling – this is it.

Super comfortable bed, plenty of power points.superb breakfast, wonderful views, excellent location on the harbour and to top it off, really helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque neighbourhoods of the island. Hospitality has been amazing! The staff has been very kind and attentive, always with a big smile and the best tips to explore Syros. Facilities were great: very clean and with a great sea view. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location and service

Family of 4 - couple with one child and one dog(medium/large). The location was wonderful! We had a great time and we would definitely stay longer if we could! It was quiet (as we liked and planned) and we had the whole beach to ourselves, except for the one excellent neighbour to the house next to us (whenever he was there). Absolutely ideal for stargazing or sitting by the sea at night (but not for the faint of heart, there is no one else there or around - and we liked it that way but not everyone does). It takes 5-10 minutes to walk down the hill to the house but even this walk, with its breathtaking view, makes it well worth it! It is though a solid walk, to and from the house, up and down, with stone/ground steps and everything, so maybe not for people who cannot handle such terrains, physically or mentally. The house (an old - but well taken care of and properly renovated - fisherman's house) was exactly what we saw online and expected. Equipped with everything we might need (kitchenware, cleaning supplies, coffee machine/capsules etc. even head flashlights for our walking up and down the hill) and our hosts provided us with bottled water beforehand (already at the house) and whenever we needed afterwards (the water in Syros is not drinkable but ok for cooking). Thank you to our hosts and will definitely be coming back!
