Perfect location, bars/restaurants at walking distance! Georgina our host is very friendly. Everyday cleaning! There was even a welcome drink and some fruit, towels and also beachtowels.

The location, the staff - stamatia is awesome! , The breakfast was delicious. The room was super, best I have had in Greece. The beds high quality and the shower always ran hot with loads of water. Big compliments to the cleaning staff as well, the place is spotless every day.

Location is perfect, on the beach, in the center of Kokkari ,new decoration apartment, can Stay 4-5 people with 2 queen( king) size bed, owner Efi is great host, with many snacks and gift,, perfect stay for Samos,, super clean

Beautiful view from a lovely apartment. Very comfortable with modern fixtures and lots of space.

The bathroom and bed linens were very clean. It was in a central location. The host was waiting for us at check-in time. There is a small garden area in front of it, you can spend time here if you want.

Location and the view of the house was amazing!

Giannis and his family was fantastic hosts and the studio is big and spacious. Fantastic shower and full eciped kitchen. The terrass is big and very comfortable to sit in. Could not have asked for a better place to stay at. And so close to everything. Recommend for everyone to stay at their studio.
