Great location, spotlessly clean, modern property with everything we needed. Beautiful overlooking views from the balcony, cannot fault our experience through and through, five star experience and which exceeded any of our expectations. In the villa that the 6 of us lived in, dad, mom, and 4 kids fit perfectly for our family. Everything was very comfortable, all the bedrooms, conditioners, and the blackout curtains were all perfect. At night everything was very quiet, you couldn’t even hear all the bars and restaurants that were in walking distance. To the beach it was only 3 minutes, it was a very big beach where you can choose any place to relax. There were 3 big supermarkets in walking distance that have food and water. In the house there is a big kitchen, that has 3 different coffee machines. A big spacious living room, very comfortable and cooling. My favourite place was sitting on the terrace overlooking the lemon and olive trees in the front yard. And there’s a great balcony on the second floor where you can watch the sunrise, and sleep on the very comfortable daybeds. There is a very nice owner, he recommend the best restaurants, boats and other places. He reply’s very quickly and is very warm and welcoming. I really recommend this house for a vacation, our family had an unforgettable vacation. Absolutely no complaints.

I stayed at this hotel for just one day, and it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. A special thanks to the receptionist, Angelica, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She even arranged for me to have my room before the official check-in time, which I really appreciated. Excellent service and a pleasant stay overall—I'd definitely come back!

The property is a stones through from Ipsos strip and beach. The back rooms are quiet enough to not hear the bars and restaurants past midnight. We booked a studio and 2 bed apartment for a 2-night stay and it was ideal. The studio had a recent refurb and was good enough for a weekend stay. Both rooms included towels, basic cook utensils, cooking hob etc and air con was included at no extra cost. everything you needed if you were to stay longer. You collected your keys are ipsos beach hotel which is behind the block of apartments, we weren’t there long enough to find out if we could use the pool there but would definitely be worth asking about using the pool and paying for their breakfast facilities.

The hotel is a short walk from Ipsos strip and beach and we had a wonderful sea view from our room. All the staff are friendly. The breakfast is continental style and was of good quality. We have already booked for next year.
