The customer service was exceptional, as soon as I walked in, my family and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was immaculate and well- appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. Beautiful boutique hotel in West Bay. The restaurant is great, staff very friendly and profesional. The rooms are modern and minimalistic. Simply a great place to stay.

EVERYTHING, BEAUTIFUL, NICE FINISHES, FANTASTIC SERVICE, YOU ONLY HAD TO CALL ONCE FOR ANYTHING, TOWELS, WATER, ETC. THE JACUZZI WAS GREAT AND THE POOL TOO. WE HAD TERRIBLE WEATHER BUT WE HAD AN AMZING TME BECAUSE OF THE CHOICE WE MADE AT OCEAN ONE. WOULD LOVE TO REPEAT IN NICER WEATHER

Beautiful property. Our unit was a 1 bedroom with a large deck overlooking the pool. The on suite bathroom was the size of a bedroom. A bit of a walk to West Bay but we found a shortcut to help eliminate some of the hill. The beach is very private, but swimming out to the reef for snorkelling is difficult as the water gets rough and the there is not much clearance from the reef. We just stayed closer to shore.

The hotel is a dream come true. Beautifully located, fantastically clean, and overall feels very exclusive. Everybody was very nice and every minute here was worth it. Food at the restaurant is pricey, but of high quality.

I really enjoyed the breakfast — great variety and delicious. For the price, the quality of the resort was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient, and the pool area was very nice and relaxing. The piña coladas were amazing, and the beach is absolutely beautiful — crystal clear water and great for swimming.
