Our improvised layover turned out to be the best stay we had over this past week in Croatia. The host is particularly attentive and helpful to the guests. Especially appreciated: 1) the wonderful terrace with a view of the city but away from the immediate bustling of the center 2) Chilled water is available, really handy during hot days 3) Possibility to leave luggage in a corner to visit Rab town after check-out 4) Many windows in the flat, therefore natural ventilation can be used, and although AC was available, it was not necessary 5) The host was flexible with our late check-in, as we arrived after 8pm from the ferry 6) Shortcut staircase to the city centre making it easily accessible 7) Comfortable mattress I can go on .. :)

Room: Elegant, spotless, and beautifully furnished. We felt like royalty. Breakfast: One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had — fresh, local ingredients and a lovely setting. Service: Warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They accommodated our sudden work plans and even made our dog feel like a guest. We visited during the low season — in early October. We absolutely loved everything: the hotel is brand new, furnished to a true five-star standard, with plenty of entertainment options for both children and adults. The spa areas, pools, and private beach were excellent. In October, these facilities were often just for us — there was hardly anyone else around. An amazing price-to-quality ratio, although the cost in 2025 was clearly undervalued due to the hotel having just opened. The Croatian sea was wonderful — calm and beautiful — and walks along the pine-covered shore were a delight. The hotel is located far from any towns, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good and exceeded expectations, although after a week it did start to feel repetitive. There were lots of thoughtful little touches for kids, like the option to make your own ice cream or smoothies. As noted in other reviews, the “all-inclusive” model was actually closer to “full board,” but for us, that was more than enough.
