Wowza!! everything from pool, Kubu beach, breakfast at Damar, properties. Blew our minds coming from a 3rd world country. We really enjoyed our stay at Ayana, we enjoyed the Rock Bar. We couldn't cover the 13x pools and 26 restaurants in the property (haha). But it was worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel newly opened in town! It was a pleasure being one of their first guests, basically had the whole place to ourselves. The entire team was super welcoming and incredibly warm. The bedroom was cozy and had a luxurious feel with the beautiful stone walls, marble features and tall mosquito net drapings over the bed. Balangan is also our favourite area in the south of Bali, still as peaceful as it used to be. The hotel was just 5 minutes walking distance to the beach entrance which was definitely a highlight for us. As well as the amazing complimentary check-in massage and the breakfast menu, it was all well executed and very impressive for a new property. We can't wait to come back and stay here again on our next trip to Balangan :) Thank you for having us!

Ayana Segara is one of the several hotels within Ayana Resort and probably the newest one. If you stay in one hotel, you can also use all of the facilities of other hotels. It is not as far from the main hotel Ayana as e.g. Rimba, so that you can reach it within 5 mins with a shuttle which goes often enough. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very clean and pretty new. Breakfast was totally amazing - a lot of choice for different types of cuisine - from European to Asian and American. Special thanks to iced latte & iced coffee. A lot of fruits, a lot of fresh pressed juices, smoothies etc. Good pastries, Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, Bali cakes, sushi, everything you would wish. Facilities are very well taken care of. You have also a lot of restaurants to visit and chose from. You have kids club and kids play area, also water slides and different shallow pools. We stayed previously in another 5 star hotel on Bali in the same price range and Ayana just beats it in every single point. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

Booked two rooms, jungalow and pool view double room. Both were nicely set up and the ambient was great. The house keeper Anna was very friendly and love to joke around which made us feel like home. Breakfast there was delicious! Location wise, karma house is located in the middle which makes travelling very convenient! Would love to come back here when I come back Bali!!! Last but not least, host/manager (not sure) was kind enough to guide us even though we arrived very late at Bali, the enthusiasm the staff team has showed was really professional!

Our stay was great, the staff were friendly and helpful! The restaurant serves good food! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, most places were a 15 minute bike drive away. They also had a good “fitness” itinerary.
