A big shoutout to the hotel staff Dewi for helping me find my suitcase that I accidentally left in the Grab taxi and around 11 pm. I had to check out at 5 am and take the flight the next morning. Dewi helped me call the Grab customer service center and he personally delivered the suitcase to me even though it was beyond his working hours. I would have lost my suitcase if it wasn’t for Dewi’s kind help. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dewi and all the other hotel staff. I wish you all the best!

Literally EVERYTHING. The breakfast is truly amazing, way beyond 5 stars. The Dinner Indonesian Boufet is a MUST TRY in Bali, even of you're not staying there. The staff are super super friendly and welcoming. Room service is excellent, cleanliness is excellent. One of the best stays I have ever had.

We are in the middle of the city, this is a place created for us - there is a buzz, four restaurants, all of them have live music in the evening. The jungle was nice, but for a maximum of two nights. The party is still going on here, cocktails are flowing like streams, kids clubs, playgrounds, etc. for children. Also nice entertainment for adults in the evening. However, I couldn't imagine spending the whole trip in such a place. There is too much to explore in Bali to stay at an AI hotel in one place. It would be good to stay a few days before leaving. PS! Near to the airport, super comfortable before leaving to stay few nights there.
